Heat Up Hope Gala Raises $34,520 for Parkinson’s Orange County

Because of the incredible generosity of our community, this year’s Heat Up Hope Gala raised $34,520 to support Parkinson’s Orange County! We are deeply grateful to everyone who helped make the evening possible and whose kindness will carry its impact forward.

The evening was filled with friendship, music, dancing, and heartfelt stories. It was a chance to celebrate together, connect with one another, and support a shared purpose: bringing hope and meaningful assistance to people living with Parkinson’s and their families throughout Orange County. The extraordinary spirit of giving made the night especially meaningful.

Every person who contributed had a part in making Heat Up Hope possible. To our guests, thank you for spending the evening with us. To our sponsors and donors, thank you for your generosity and belief in our mission. To our speakers and performers, thank you for sharing your stories, voices, and talents. And to our volunteers and community partners, thank you for the time, energy, and care you brought to this event.

The impact of your support extends beyond the gala. The funds raised will help Parkinson’s Orange County continue its work to bring hope, connection, and meaningful assistance to our local Parkinson’s community. Your generosity helps us remain a source of support for individuals and families navigating life with Parkinson’s.

Come as You Are to Heat Up Hope

You’re invited to spend Saturday, September 19, 2026, with Parkinson’s Orange County at Heat Up Hope Whether you’re new to our community or already know a few familiar faces, there’s a place for you at the table. Coming on your own can feel like a big step. We’ll help solo guests join a table with welcoming people, so you can settle in and start a conversation. Care partners, family members, and friends are welcome, too. Appointments, energy levels, and everyday responsibilities can make planning an evening out complicated. Here’s the schedule to help you decide what works for you: 5:00 PM — Cocktails, live music, mingling 5:45 PM — Dinner & raffles 6:30 PM — Featured speakers: Mike Kimball, Joannie Rollins, Yuri Flaxbard + surprise speaker! 7:00 PM — Fund-A-Need, dessert & dancing The evening concludes at 8 PM. Dancing is optional, and you’re welcome to stay seated, enjoy the live music, and spend time talking with the people at your table. Participate at your own pace. Heat Up Hope takes place at Orchard Terrace at the Norman P. Murray Community Center, 24932 Veterans Way, Mission Viejo. Free parking is available on site.
