About the event
Our Mid-Stride Empowerment Workshop series is designed for patients who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's for 5-15 years. Care partners are welcome to attend and encouraged to come and ask questions. Enrollment is free but registration for the workshop is required. Space is on a first come, first serve basis so please register as soon as possiblbe. Breakfast will be provided and we look forward to empowering our community through more resources and more education.
